Return Policy
We have 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in same condition when you received it, unused in its original packaging. You must return your items with copy of invoice or receipt for full refund.
To start return process, please contact us at sallurebeauty123@gmail.com or fill out form below. All return items are inspected. If items are used or altered, we will not accept returned package. If your return is accepted, we'll send courtesy return shipping label including instructions how to return package. We aim to accept all returns. In unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you . All goods will be inspected when returned. Items sent back without request are unacceptable for returns. Contact us immediately if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. We will inspect items and process full refund.
Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Once return is processed , we will send notification to your email and refund will take 1-5 business days depending on your bank institution.
